Upgraded the code of VAT common invoice to 12 digital number
Effective from January 1, 2018, the code of VAT common invoice is adjusted to 12 digit with the following rule:
1. The first digit is 0
2. Digit from 2 to 5 represents the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and the planned cities
3. Digit from 6 to 7 means the current year
4. Digit from 8 to 10 indicates the batch of invoice
5. Digit from 11 to 12 refers to the type & copies of the invoice, of which 04 denotes two copies of each invoice and 05 shows five copies of each invoice
