Procedure for Foreigner’s Work Permit application
| For foreigners with 90 working days in China and above |
| --If online application information fails to meet conditions, a one-time notification will be given, and application returned. |
| --Preliminary examination is completed if all needed materials are submitted |
| A high-level foreign talent (type A) will be issued a receipt notice directly online |
| Collecting paper-based application materials and reviewing them right at the site |
| Notifying applicant corrections are needed if materials are found to have any issue |
| Issuing a receipt notice right away if written material review reveals no problem |
