New Business License
1. On January 12, 2019, in accordance with the Institutional Reform Program of Dongguan City, the duty and responsibility of the Dongguan Administration for Industry and Commerce (AIC) was incorporated into the newly established AMR, Dongguan Administration for Market Regulation. From that day, AIC was no longer existed.
2. Since the reform of the Commercial System, the market entity information related to the business license has become more and more abundant, and the application field has become more and more extensive. With the steady progress of Institutional Reform, the State Administration for Market Regulation has decided to issue the following new edition of Business Licenses to all kinds of market entities approved by the registration authorities to establish, change and renew business licenses as of March 1, 2019.
3. Pressing the QR Code on New Business License, market entity's basic information would be showed, and which is in line with the information on National Enterprise Credit Information Publication System.
4. The old business license is valid continually or it can be renewed by the entity at any time.
5. Market entity enters to the applet of Electronic Business License (EBL) service (Management) through WeChat or Alipay, then clicks the User Service Guide to read the detailed operation steps and download the entity's EBL to be used.
Electronic Business License has the same legal effect as hardcopy Business License.
