After adjusted the declaration mode, the followings are still required to report to Dongguan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau(DGEEIQB):
1. Goods imported via the first-tier ports not supervised by DGEEIQB have been cancelled. The related importers shall declare those goods to the Entry-Exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau where the ports are located.
2. The imported and exported goods via the first-tier ports reported to DGEEIQB shall be full declaration of Inbound Goods and container declaration of outbound loading for non-inspection cargo
3. The inbound and outbound goods via cross-border e-commerce and Express delivery
4. Bonded imported goods
5. Entry goods by Super china truck line
6. Goods are imported and exported through International freight train
7. Paperless declaration is required for the full declaration operation
